This includes real estate brokers, banks, investors, private money lenders, residential and commercial contractors, advisors, and other resources who comprise the company’s management team.

Signature Properties seeks to acquire and develop single family homes, condominiums, small to mid-sized multi-family and commercial properties, and undeveloped land.
