Signature Properties is a privately held investment company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Signature Properties was formed in 2002 for the purpose of creating a well-diversified investment real estate portfolio primarily comprised of residential and multi-family properties located within the Phoenix metro area. Signature Properties is operated by a team of professionals with years of experience in a diverse range of industries to include real estate, private equity, financial services, and more.

Our mission is to create a diversified investment portfolio of real estate, and take advantage of the opportunities that are presented in the Phoenix metro real estate market. Signature Properties seeks to acquire and develop single family homes, condominiums, small to mid-sized multi-family and commercial properties, and undeveloped land.

At Signature Properties, management adopts a wide range of investment strategies to grow the company’s presence in the Arizona real estate community. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and sale of traditional long-term rentals, short-term fix & flips, new construction, land development, and more.
