The Signature Group is an Arizona based real estate and business development company that was formed over 27 years ago in 1998.  The Signature Group encompasses several related companies all of which comprise the activities of the company’s operations.  Signature Properties and Signature Private Capital were subsequently established in 2002. The Signature Group focuses its attention on the acquisition, development, and management of residential and commercial real estate within the southwest region of the United States to include the Phoenix, Arizona and Los Angeles, California markets.   The Signature Group also provides private lending and consulting services to real estate investors and small to medium sized companies seeking capital to acquire real estate or expand existing operations.
