The Signature Group is a privately held real estate and business development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Los Angeles, California. The Signature Group was originally formed in 1998 for the purpose of creating a well-diversified investment real estate portfolio primarily comprised of residential and multi-family properties located within the Phoenix metro area. Since its formation over 27 years ago, The Signature Group has expanded its footprint and the company’s operations into virtually every segment of the real estate industry to include private lending and consulting services. Signature Properties and Signature Private Capital were subsequently established in 2002 for this purpose. The Signature Group is operated by a team of individuals and associated professionals with decades of experience in a diverse range of industries to include real estate, financial services, private equity, and more.

Signature Properties seeks to acquire and develop single family homes, condominiums, small to mid-sized multi-family and commercial properties, and undeveloped land.

At Signature Properties, management adopts a wide range of investment strategies to grow the company’s presence in the Arizona real estate community. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and sale of traditional long-term rentals, short-term fix & flips, new construction, land development, and more.
